The TWWCA was founded by members of the Tira community with the vision of advancing economic opportunities and strengthening the social and developmental fabric of our people.
The birth of TWWCA aim to advocate the Nuba/Sudanese precipitate to the outside world beguiles in managing humanitarian assistance to the Nuba/Tira people. TWWC Association for community Development. Started its operations in 2023, TWWCA looking forward partnering international NGOs with Kulurbu Organization. Its programs includes: Food Security/Agriculture, integrated watershed development, basic Education higher and vocational studies, Field of human right, Women Empowerment, Gender base violence, Governance and Peace Building, Water projects, Community Development (capacity building) and Health& Sanitation, HIV & AIDS.
• Establishment of Tira world wide association community
• Adopted key governance frameworks, including the TWWCA Constitution, Internal Rules, and Code of Conduct
• Successfully held the first democratic election of the TWWCA Executive Committee
• Expanded regional offices across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and North America
• Grew membership to over 560 members globally
• Promoted unity through reconciliation initiatives, interfaith prayers, and conflict resolution
• Launched Women, Youth, and Children programs and strengthened community participation
• Organized conferences, seminars, webinars, and leadership meetings
• Supported cultural, educational, health, and sports initiatives in collaboration with partners
• Obtained official registration certificate and opened a bank account for the association.
• Established regional offices across the globe and strengthened relationships with local leaders and stakeholders.
• Successfully hosted the 3rd Annual Conference on diverse and impactful topics; held the 2nd Annual Prayer Days.
• Donated funds to land demarcation committees and launched the association's official website.
• Conducted a Disaster Management Workshop and awarded certificates to over ninety participants.
• Held 28 Executive Committee meetings, including joint sessions with the Board of Trustees.
Exists to create a sustainable development with strategic transformative leadership through provision of quality social services to Tira community.
Build a strong resilient and social economic empowerment that are accessible by all members of Tira community.
Join TWWCA forums, participate in developmental planning, and help design programmes that respond to the needs of our people worldwide.
